Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually

The Community Resource Center of Teton Valley (CRCTV) is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our organization into its next chapter of service and growth.

CRCTV’s mission is to serve community members by providing immediate assistance, essential resources, and connections to achieve self-sufficiency. Through advocacy, case management, referrals, and community partnerships, we help Teton Valley residents move away from crisis and gain stability in their lives.

As Executive Director, you will serve as the organization’s chief leader, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, donors, community partners, and volunteers to advance CRCTV’s mission. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Teton Valley while leading a respected and trusted nonprofit organization.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership and organizational direction
  • Partner effectively with the Board of Directors to advance CRCTV’s mission and vision
  • Lead, support, and develop a dedicated staff team
  • Cultivate donor relationships and oversee fundraising efforts
  • Pursue and manage grants and other funding opportunities
  • Oversee programs and services that support community members
  • Manage organizational finances and operations responsibly
  • Build and strengthen relationships with community partners
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for CRCTV throughout Teton Valley
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Passion for the CRCTV mission
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of two years of management experience
  • Experience working with, volunteering for, or studying nonprofits, boards of directors, and/or the health and human services field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with fundraising, grant writing, and budget management
  • Dedicated work ethic, strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar database systems
  • Established connections and networks throughout Teton Valley
