Program/Services:
Statewide toll-free client intake system for low-income people to obtain immediate free legal assistance with civil (noncriminal) problems. Legal assistance with subjects such as domestic violence, housing and homelessness, food, health care, discrimination, senior services, migrant workers.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LEGAL ADVICE LINE
The Domestic Violence Legal Advice Line will also serve as a referral system for victims of domestic violence.
FAIR LENDING / FAIR HOUSING LEGAL ADVICE LINE
Answers questions about housing discrimination. The Fair Lending/Fair Housing Legal Advice Line serves residents of the State of Idaho regardless of income.
