Helping Hands is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization funded by donations from individuals & businesses that are owner-members of Fall River Rural Electric Cooperative. Helping Hands funds are used to help individuals & families keep their homes warm in the winter by paying a portion of their electric utility bill or propane bill as well as making payments on wood, coal, heating oil or any other heating source.
Helping Hands is a “last resort” resource that can provide additional assistance once a year after family, church, other charitable organization or government agency has assisted. Applications can be obtained at http://www.fallriverelectric.com,
Call us to report the outage. During normal office hours (8am to 4:30pm M-F), call the Cooperative toll-free at 800-632-5726 or locally from anywhere in eastern Idaho at 652-7431. After hours or on weekends or holidays, call the outage hotline at 866-887-8442.
