Teton Valley Systems of Care
The Teton Valley Systems of Care describes a group of community-based supports and services that are organized into a coordinated network to create better outcomes for Teton Valley residents. The purpose of SOC meetings is to foster collaboration, identify area resources, prevent duplication and improve coordination of services in Teton County, Idaho.
Local SOC meetings are quarterly and are coordinated by the Community Resource Center of Teton Valley. Anyone interested in learning more about community supports and resources is welcome to join. The next SOC meeting will be on Friday, Jan 29th, 2021 from 12:30 to 2:00pm via Zoom or at Seniors West of the Tetons, 60 S Main St, Driggs, ID 83422 (TBD).
